The Cumberland Connect team has identified an issue with our CCFiber SmartIQ app when pausing/turning off Internet access for a device.
Please refrain from disabling Internet access for your devices at this time.
If you have disabled a device in your home and need help restoring access, please contact our Technical Support Team by calling (800) 987-2362 & selecting Option 2.
