#1 –Be sure to take advantage of our FREE Referral Program

Step 1: Get your referral code. You can obtain your unique referral code by calling Customer Service at (800) 987-2362 (M-F, 7:30am-4:30pm).

Step 2: Share your code. Share your code with everyone through email, text, on social media, shout it from the rooftops, or rent a plane and write it in the sky – any way you like! You can also stop by your local CEMC/Cumberland Connect office to grab a stack of referral cards. Simply write your name and referral code on your cards and hand them out!

 

» Be sure to remind your friends to provide your referral code at the time they sign up for CCFiber. They can give your code to our Customer Service Representative who is setting up their order OR they can enter it on the "Additional Questions" screen when they sign up online through SmartHub. It's that easy!

 

Step 3: Earn CCFiber bill credits. For each person who signs up for Cumberland Connect using your referral code, you will receive a one-time $10 credit on your next CCFiber bill after your friend's installation is completed – and your friend will receive a $10 credit on their first CCFiber bill, too.

 

Step 4: Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. It's a Win-Win!

#4 – If you haven't already, download the SmartHub App

If you don't have it already, the SmartHub app is another great tool available to our members. SmartHub provides you with account management access wherever you are. Now you don't have to call or head into your local office for account services. With SmartHub, you can do it all right from your computer or mobile device! SmartHub's features include the following:

 

• View your account usage and billing for both Electric and Fiber services

 

• Make payments and modify payment methods

 

• Report service issues or outages for both Electric and Fiber services
