Corn Silk Farms

We love having Corn Silk Farms in Orlinda, TN, as part of the Cumberland Connect family. Corn Silk Farms has been operated by TC Groves and his family for generations, and they raise corn, wheat, and soybeans for a variety of purposes. These crops are used for feeding livestock, flour mills, and even to create a supply of seeds that will be grown by farmers in future seasons.

The world of agriculture is constantly changing as new technologies emerge — and Corn Silk Farms has benefited from their Cumberland Connect fiber services by being able to use technology that increases efficiency, transmits crucial data from farming equipment, and enables remote monitoring around the farm from any location in the world.
