Step 1: Get your referral code. You can obtain your unique referral code by calling Customer Service at (800) 987-2362 (M-F, 7:30am-4:30pm).
Step 2: Share your code. Share your code with everyone through email, text, on social media, shout it from the rooftops, or rent a plane and write it in the sky – any way you like!
You can also stop by your local CEMC/Cumberland Connect office to grab a stack of referral cards. Simply write your name and referral code on your cards and hand them out!
» Be sure to remind your friends to provide your referral code at the time they sign up for CCFiber — They can give your code to our Customer Service Representative who is setting up their order OR they can enter it on the “Additional Questions” screen when they sign up online through SmartHub.
