SmartIQ App Maintenance: Login Required After Update
Heads up: we want to let you know about upcoming maintenance for the CCFiber SmartIQ app.
In February, CCFiber SmartIQ will receive a behind-the-scenes system update. As part of this maintenance, all SmartIQ users will be logged out of the app and will need to log back in once the update is complete.
What this means for you:
- Your internet service will not be affected
- No SmartIQ features are changing
- You will simply need to sign back in to the app
What you need to do
Once the update is complete, open the SmartIQ app and log in using your existing username and password. Tip: To make future logins faster and easier, we recommend enabling Face ID or Touch ID to quickly log back in.
How to enable Face ID or Touch ID
In the SmartIQ app:
- Tap on the Settings (gear) icon in the top-left corner.
- Tap Biometric Login
- Make sure Log in using Fingerprint or Facial Recognition is enabled.
This allows you to access the app quickly without entering your password each time. If you need help logging back in or resetting your password, our team is here to help.
