These labels give you all the details about our internet packages, including any charges you can expect. It’s like seeing a familiar label on the foods you buy, but instead of calories, it provides information about the monthly prices, broadband speeds, data allowances, and more for the CCFiber plans you’re interested in.

With the new FCC requirement, all internet providers are required to be more transparent with their fees, promotional prices, typical upload and download speeds, and latency. As a result, you can easily compare across internet providers and choose the plan that’s best for you.

Yes, your Cumberland Connect bill will match the price on the broadband labels, with the following exceptions:

  • If you subscribe to Cumberland Connect phone service, those service charges and applicable taxes and fees will be applied to your bill.
  • If you take advantage of the Cumberland Connect referral program, your bill will reflect any credits you have earned.
  • If you purchase additional internet equipment, such as extenders, beyond the equipment included in your chosen plan, those costs are not listed.
