ExperienceIQ is a service that protects children or grandchildren from harmful or inappropriate content, limits screen time on devices or applications, and displays online usage through enhanced parental controls. It also enables you to prioritize types of traffic or devices on your network.

Compare time online today, last week, or in the month while viewing the total time spent online per category, app, or website.

Time Limits

Limit time for individual apps, sites, or categories. You can set limits by day, category of content, or for individual apps and sites.

Notifications

Receive push notifications for various events, like time limits or when a new device connects to your network.

Schedules

Set schedules for dinnertime, bedtime, or school time. Schedules shut-off Internet access for every device assigned to a profile.

Filter

Block entire content categories, apps, and websites.

YouTube has great content for your kids, but it also has lots of content you likely don’t think is appropriate. YouTube Restriction keeps your kids safer by blocking specific videos and blocking comments displayed under videos.

With in-depth usage data provided by ExperienceIQ, you can get insight into how your children are using their technology and create healthy boundaries.

With more devices connected in our homes every day, conflicts can occur. ExperienceIQ allows you to prioritize application groups (like work apps during the day, and streaming apps in the evening) or devices (like your work laptop) to make sure your most important devices have dedicated bandwidth.

In order to have access to the enhanced features included in the Peace of Mind Package, members must have our GigaSpire router that is included with our Internet packages and install the CCFiber SmartIQ app.

The CCFiber SmartIQ app is available to download for free. All CCFiber subscribers have access to the app and its basic features.

The Peace of Mind Package costs $10 per month, and gives members access to the enhanced features provided by ExperienceIQ and ProtectIQ. Members who enroll will also have access to 6 free service visits per calendar year — a $480 value that provides the ultimate peace of mind.

Enrolling is as simple as giving us a call at (800) 987-2362 or logging into SmartHub to enroll anytime. You can also visit your local CEMC office during business hours, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm. After you enroll, your enhanced ExperienceIQ and ProtectIQ features will be activated within 1 business day.
